Include the destination country and any requested logo, color or packaging changes. Provide applicable document requirements early. Ask for a quotation that clearly identifies the model, configuration, quantity and delivery scope.

Collect the agreed details in one document and update it when requirements change. Before ordering, confirm unresolved items in writing. Product images illustrate appearance, but the accepted specification and order terms should describe the equipment to be supplied.
