Begin with a complete inquiry

Provide the product model or intended application, quantity and destination. Include the connector, electrical and functional requirements that have been identified. This gives the supplier a clear basis for discussing available equipment.

Review the proposed configuration

Check the model specification and confirm any requested options. If a sample is needed, agree its purpose and configuration. Review branding, labeling and packaging requirements before approving the production scope.

Confirm the order details

Keep the accepted specification, commercial terms, quantity and delivery information together. Confirm any applicable inspection or document requirements in writing. Production and shipment timing should be agreed against the actual order.

Prepare shipment information

Provide the consignee and destination details needed for the agreed shipment arrangements. Coordinate the required invoice, packing and other applicable documents with the supplier. Clarify the delivery scope and responsibilities before dispatch.

Retain information for support

Keep the order reference, model details and supplied documents after delivery. If a question or service issue arises, provide the product identification and a clear description. Photos, error messages and relevant installation information can help the team review the request.
